高职创新创业教育的模式的研究 　　摘要：随着全球竞争的加剧，创新创业已成为社会经济发展的原动力。高职院校肩负着培养技能人才创新创业的重要使命，但我国高校的创新创业教育的模式还处于探索中，面临着许多基础性的挑战。文章基于对现有高职创业教育模式不健全的现状，提出建构“四位一体”的创新创业模式，分别从“人才、资金、政策、文化”等创新要素入手，以营造和谐的创业生态环境为目的，有效地推动初创者的快速成长，探索符合高职院校的创业教育模式。 　　Abstract： With the intensification of global competition， innovation and entrepreneurship has become the motive force of the social and economic development.
