高职顶岗实习“三三制”思想教育的模式探析 　　【摘 要】顶岗实习是高职院校实践教育的重要环节，顶岗实习期间学生的思想教育是高职院校、家长、学界高度重视和重点关注的内容。我们课题组在总结以往实际工作经验基础上，把“以人为本”作为“三三制”思想教育模式的理论逻辑，把“全程育人”作为“三三制”思想教育模式的建构思路，把“实践育人”作为“三三制”思想教育模式的现实路径，着力构建了“三位一体，思想递进”式“三三制”思想教育模式，并付诸实践。 　　【Abstract】Post practice is an important part of practical education in higher vocational colleges. The ideological education of students during post practice is highly valued and focused by higher vocational colleges， parents and academic circles. On the basis of the previous practical work experience， we take people-oriented as the theoretical logic of the 3-3 system ideolo
