功能性构音障碍儿童言语异常及矫治效果剖析
[摘要]目的 分析功能性构音障碍儿童言语异常情况及矫治效果。方法 选取2014年9月21日~2016年9月21日我院收治的功能性构音障碍患儿100例作为研究对象,采用数字表法将患儿分为对照组、实验组,每组50例。对照组患儿给予单一矫治治疗,实验组患儿给予综合性矫治治疗。比较两组患儿的言语矫治效果、功能性构音障碍程度、治疗前后各元音语音共振峰。结果 治疗后,实验组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患儿的功能性构音障碍程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患儿的各元音语音共振峰均较治疗前改善,且实验组的改善程度优于照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 对于功能性构音障碍儿童,应加强综合性矫治,可有效改善患儿的构音障碍,值得推广应用。

Analysis of speech abnormality and correction effect in children with functional articulation disorder

[Abstract]Objective To observe the speech abnormality and correction effect in children with functional articulation disorder.Methods 100 children with functional articulation disorder diagnosed in our hospital from September 21,2014 to September 21,2016 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into the control group and experimental group using the number table method,and there were 50 cases in each group.The children in the control group were given a single correction treatment,and the experimental group received comprehensive correction treatment.The correction effect of speech,functional articulation disorder degree,and formant of vowel sounds before and after treatment in patients between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).There was a statistical difference of functional articulation disorder degree between the two groups (P0.05).Formant of vowel sounds were improved in patients of the two groups compared with before treatment,and the experimental group was better than that of the degree of improvement in the control group,an
