小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒临床急救措施及护理剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析总结小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床急救措施以及护理对策。 方法 回顾分析52例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿的临床资料，总结临床急救措施以及护理对策。结果 52例患儿经过有效的急救措施与护理干预后，血糖水平及炎症细胞因子（TNF-α、IL-6、IL-12及IL-18）较治疗前显著降低，患儿均得以治愈出院，未发生低血糖事件，护理满意度达100%。 结论 对小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒开展及时有效的综合抢救与护理措施能够快速有效地控制病情，降低血糖水平，且维持酸碱及水电解质平衡，促进患儿康复。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病酮症酸中毒；小儿；急救措施；护理措施 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）01（b）-0010-03 　　Analysis of the Clinical Emergency Measures and Nursing Intervention for Children with Diabetic Ketoacidosis 　　FENG Xian-zhen 　　Department of Pediatrics， The Peoples Hospital of the International Linyi Economic Technological Development Zone， Linyi， Shandong Province， 276000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical emergency measures and nursing intervention for pediatric diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 52 children with diabetic ketoacidosis. And the clinical emergency measures and nursing intervention were summarized. Results After treated by effective emergency measures and nursing intervention， the blood glucose levels and inflammatory cytokines （TNF-α， IL-6， IL-12 and IL-18） of the 52 children were significantly lower than before treatment. All the children were cured and discharged. There were no hypoglycemia events. The satisfaction rate of care work was 100%. Conclusion For children with diabetic ketoacidosis， timely and effective comprehensive emergency treatment and nursing intervention can quickly and effectively control the disease， reduce the blood sugar levels， maintain acid-alkali balance and water-electrolyte balance and promote the rehabilitation of children. 　　[Key words] Diabetic ketoacidosis； Children； Emergency measures； Nursing intervention 　　小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒是一种常见的严重儿童糖尿病并发症，患儿常表现为恶心呕吐、腹痛、多尿及脱水等，病情严重且进展迅速，如不及时采取有效的救治及干预措施，将导致患儿昏迷，严重时可导致患儿死亡。该研究回顾分析了2013年1月―2015年10月该院收治的52例小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床急救措施及护理措施，旨在为临床救治工作提供参考，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　收集2013年1月―2015年10月该院收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿52例，均符合临床诊断标准，均存在不同程度的电解
