小儿糖尿病治疗中胰岛素注射临床疗效剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 比较不同胰岛素给药方式对小儿糖尿病的临床疗效。 方法 选取2016年1―12月该院收治的96例糖尿病患儿为研究对象，随机分为两组（对照组和研究组），对照组患儿予以多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗，研究组患儿采取胰岛素泵持续性皮下注射，比较两组患儿血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量以及治疗前后血糖和血脂改善情况。 结果 治疗后研究组患儿血糖达标时间和胰岛素用量均明显优于对照组（P0.05）；治疗后研究组患儿空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C等指标明显优于对照组患儿（P0.05）。结论 与多次皮下注射胰岛素相比，胰岛泵持续皮下注射胰岛素在改善糖尿病患儿血糖水平方面更有优势，其值得推广借鉴。 　　[关键词] 胰岛素；糖尿病；儿童；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R725.8 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）05（b）-0005-02 　　[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to compare the clinical efficacy of different insulin administration methods in children with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 96 children with diabetes mellitus treated in this hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups （the control group and the study group）. The control group was given subcutaneous insulin therapy， the study group was given insulin pump continuous subcutaneous injection， and blood glucose compliance time， the amount of insulin and the improvement of blood glucose and blood lipids before and after treatment of the two groups of children were compared. Results The time of blood glucose and the amount of insulin in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group（P0.05）. The levels of fasting blood glucose， postprandial blood glucose after two hours， glycosylated hemoglobin， TG， LDL-C and HDL-C in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Compared with multiple subcutaneous injections of insulin， insulin pump continuous subcutaneous injection in improving the level of blood glucose in children with diabetes is more advantageous， it is worth promotion and reference. 　　[Key words] Insulin； Diabetes mellitus； Children； Clinical effect 　　小?禾悄虿∈侵秆Я涠?童期间发生的糖尿病，患病人群主要为年龄15岁的儿童。临床上目前对儿童糖尿病患病机制尚不明确，但引发糖尿病的因素与患儿机体内脂肪、蛋白质代谢障碍以及内分泌代谢失调等有关。据临床统计报道[1]，国内近几年来小儿糖尿病发生率呈现出逐年增加的趋势，一旦小儿糖尿病疾病未得到有效及时的治疗，较易延误病情，发展为酮症酸中毒，严重者导致患儿死亡。因此临床上对小儿糖尿病者及早采取有效治疗对保持患儿血糖平稳以及减缓疾病发展十分关键。该文选取2016年1―12月该院收治的96例患儿为研究
