小儿糖尿病治疗中胰岛素注射疗效浅述 　　[摘要] 目的 探究小儿糖尿病应用胰岛素治疗的临床效果。方法 选取该院糖尿病患儿82例，入选时间为2015年1月―2017年1月，按随机抽样法分为两组，各41例；对照组患儿给予胰岛素皮下注射治疗，观察组患儿给予胰岛素持续静脉泵注治疗，对比两组患儿的血糖指标及不良反应发生率。结果 经积极治疗后，在空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平方面，观察组和对照组比较，均显著偏低（P0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为2.44%，和对照组的19.51%比较显著偏低（P0.05）。 结论 糖尿病患儿实行胰岛素持续静脉泵注方法进行治疗具备显著疗效；所以，具备采纳与应用的价值。 　　[关键词] 小儿糖尿病；胰岛素注射；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）08（b）-0009-02 　　Analysis of Curative Effect of Insulin Injection in Children with Diabetes 　　CHEN Pi-guo 　　Department of Pediatrics， Feixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Feixian， Shandong Province， 273400 China 　　[Abstract] ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of insulin injection in children with diabetes. Methods 82 cases of diabetes children in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each， the control group adopted the subcutaneous injection of insulin treatment， while the observation group adopted the continuous intravenous pumping treatment of insulin， and the blood glucose indicator and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After the positive treatment， the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose levels in the observation group and the control group were obviously lower（P0.05）， and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group， （2.44% vs 19.51%）（P0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of continuous intravenous pumping method of insulin in children with diabetes is obvious， therefore， it is worth recommendation and application. 　　[Key words] Children with diabetes； Insulin injection； Clinical effect 　　糖尿病是?^为常见的一种内分泌疾病，以低于15岁儿童为好发人群，且该疾病至今尚不存在确切病理机制，其诱发因素较多，临床研究表明糖尿病和年龄、环境以及生活因素等密切相关。与此同时，近年来有研究报道称：小儿糖尿病患者发病率呈现逐年上升的趋势，由于该疾病会对患儿的健康造成很大程度的影响，所以有必要采取及时有效的治疗方案[1]。在该次研究过程中，纳入了该院2015年1月―2017年1月收治的82例小儿糖尿病患儿，其目的是胰岛素注射治疗方法在其中的疗效，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　该次入选的82例糖尿病患儿，所有入选
