PAGE PAGE 12 2007届在职人员攻读（教育）硕士专业学位论文 信息时代对教师 教学管理素质的挑战及分析 姓名：温洁 导师：刘庆昌 院系：教育科学学院 专业：教育硕士 方向：教育管理 学号：200731405040 二零一零年四月 中 文 摘 要 在现今以互联网为标志的信息化时代中，网络形式、多媒体技术及现代远程教育等不断发展，出现了个性化、多样化的学习形式，人们可以轻松地各取所需，从不同角度获取到大量信息，这种新的学习方式及资源通道的出现，是对几百年来教师垄断教学资源的打破，也使教师的权威性受到挑战。传统的教学模式和教学手段已经不能满足教育的需要，教师的教育思想和教育观念都面临改变。 那么，教师具备什么样的素质才能更好适应时代的发展要求呢？本文通过对学生进行深度访谈的方法，从学生视角，了解他们在知识传递和与教师相处时的种种感受，明确他们对于教师教学管理素质的需求和期待，进而发现在当前的时代背景下，教师教学管理素质在实际当中所面临的挑战，找到并分析其中存在的原因，提出自己的思考。 关键词：信息时代；教学管理；素质 ABSTRACT In the information age of internet-mark,the form of web,multimedia technologyh and dictance education are growing.Divers and personalized learning style had been appeared.People could get numerous information by many different ways. The situation that teacher had cornered education resources in hundreds of years,has been broken by the appearance of the new learning form.At the same time the teacher’s authority is being challenged..And the teacher’s thought must be changed, When the traditional way of education had couldn’t meet the education needs. Then what kinds of accomplishment teachers can better meet the development requirements of the times? Based on the method of depth interviews with students，this article may investigate all kinds of the student’s feelings in knowledge transfer and getting along with teachers. Additionally the quality of teaching management which the student expected should be cleared.And then we will discover the realistic challenge that the quality of teaching management has been faced in the context of the current era.I will find and analysis the reason,and make my own thinking.
