广汉市医疗机构法定传染病报告剖析 　　广汉市卫生执法监督所（四川 广汉 618300）? 　　中图分类号：R51 　　文献标识码： A 　　文章编号： 1672-3783(2008)-9-0006-02? 　　【摘 要】目的 了解广汉市医疗机构传染病报告管理现状。方法 对广汉市部分医疗单位（其中所有县级以上医疗单位6所、乡镇卫生院18所、部分村卫生站及个体诊所80家）进行法定传染病管理与报告质量调查。结果 全市传染病报告率为96.18%。传染病报告率县级医疗机构高于乡镇卫生院，乡镇卫生院高于村卫生站及个体诊所（县级医疗单位报告率为98.25%，乡镇卫生院报告率为96.75%，村卫生站及个体诊所报告率为71.43%）。传染病报告及时率、准确率、完整率分别为：88.56%、90.62%、83.78%。结论 传染病报告和管理不规范直接影响了医疗机构传染病报告质量。强化传染病报告工作的队伍建设，可提高传染病报告率及报告质量。? 　　【关键词】传染病 报告质量 现况分析 　　 　　Analysis of the Report and Management? 　　of Notifiable Communicable Diseases in GuangHan City? 　　TANG Ying? 　　 GuangHan Institute Of Public Health Inspection,? 　　GuangHan,618300,SiChuan Chian 　　【Abstract】Objective The study was conducted to evaluate the performance of report management in respect of notifiable communicable diseases.Methods The quality of management and reporting of notifiable communicable diseases in 104 selected medical institutions(including 6 county-level hospitals,18 township hospitals and 80 village clinics) using the cluster sampling method were investigated.Results The rate of communicable disease reporting was higher in district-level medical institutions than in township-level medical institutions. The rate of township-leve medical instutions than in village clinics. The promotness rate of communicable disease reportingwas 88.56%. The accurate rate of communicable disease reporting was 90.62%. The complete rate of communicable disease reporting was 83.78%.Conclusion The non-standardized management and reporting of communicable diseases directly affected the quality of communicable diseases reports from medical institutions.The promptness of communicable diseases report and the quality ofreporting can be further enhanced through improving the staff’ skills .? 　　【Key words】Communicable diseases; Quality of report ;Analysis of actual situation 　　 　　根据《全国疾病预防控制机构工作规范》和《四川省医疗机构法定传染病疫情报告管理工作考核检查方案》，为了解广汉市传染病报告管理工作的真实情况，发现工作中存在的问题，进一步规范全市传染病报告管理工作，市卫生局于2007年10月10日至30日对所辖的24个乡（镇）的104所医疗单位开展了传染病报告管理
