PAGE 吉林财经大学 我国医药制造业供应链整合问题 及对策分析 学 院 工商管理 专业班级 物流管理 学生姓名 年 四 月 摘 要 随着医药领域各项改革的不断深入和医药企业经营机制的逐步转换，我国医药制造业在进行技术创新、制度创新、市场创新的同时，也加快了管理体制创新的步伐，特别是多数企业都已意识到可以通过信息化来提高企业竞争能力和经济效益。但是我国医药制造业在供应链整合方面还存在着诸多问题。本文通过深入分析我国医药制造行业供应链整合存在的问题，进而提出我国医药制造业供应链整合的对策，对于促进我国医药制造业的良性发展，降低合作风险成本，提升整个供应链的竞争力，充分利用我国医药制造业资源，带动相关行业共同发展，具有重大战略意义。 【关键词】医药制造业 供应链 整合 Abstract With the unceasing reformation in the medicine area and the gradual conversion in the managerial mechanism of enterprise, pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of our country is making every effort to carry out the innovation of technology, institution and market. Simultaneously, companies are trying to accelerate their paces on management system innovation. Most of the companies have been aware that they can improve their competitiveness and economic benefit through informatization. However, there are still a lot of problems existing in the supply chain integration of our pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Therefore, further analysis of the problems in the supply chain integration of our pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is of great necessity for us to put forward relative strategies to deal with the issues of supply chain integration, which is of great significance to facilitate favorable development in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of our country, to reduce the cost of cooperation risk, to improve the competitiveness of the whole supply chain, and to make full use of the recourses in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of our country, as well as promoting common development of other industries.
