Vitapex糊剂与几种根管材料在根尖周炎治疗中的消毒作用和充填作用比较 邱亚米方林贾艾敏姚亚希李丽华 】目的比较Vitapex等几种根管材料在根尖周炎患者根管消毒 和充填屮的效果。方法450颗根尖周炎患牙分为两组，一组以Vitapex糊剂， 氢氧化钙糊剂，樟脑苯酚行根管消毒实验，另一组分别以Vitapex糊剂和普通根 管充填糊剂充填，比较Vitapex糊剂与其他材料的消毒和充填效果。结果根管 消毒组屮Vitapex糊剂组，氢氧化钙糊剂组和樟脑苯酚组的有效率为90%, 71.25% 和73.75%,Ridit分析组间差异有统计学意义(plt;0.05) , Vitapex组优于氢氧化 钙糊剂组和樟脑苯酚组，根管充填组Vitapex糊剂组充填术后随访1个月，6个 月，24个月的有效率分别为95.37%, 97.22%, 98.14%,而普通根管充填糊剂组 有效率为76.47%, 85.29%, 88.23%, Vitapex组骨密度増长值为 10.12plusmn;2.61mm,普通根管充填糊剂为7.89plusmn;1.71mm，比较两组充 填效果有统计学差异(plt;0.05), Vitapex糊剂优于普通根管充填糊剂。结论 Vitapex糊剂的消毒效果优于氢氧化钙糊剂和樟脑苯酚，其充填效果优于普通根 管充填糊剂。 关键词】Vitapex糊剂；氢氧化钙糊剂；普通根管充填糊剂；根 管消毒；根管充填 The disinfection and filling effects comparison between Vitapex paste and other different root materials in periapical periodontitis therapy (Department of stomatology and Medical research center ,the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College,Nanchong 637000,Sichuan,China ) [Abstract] Objective To compare the effect of different root material including Vitapex paste in patients with periapical periodontitis on root canal disinfection and filling .Methods 450 teeth with periapical periodontitis were divided into two groups.One group was treated with Vitapex pese , Calcium hydroxide pase and camphor phenol for root canal disinfection experiment,the other were treated with Vitapex paste and common root canal filling paste for filling postoperatively,and compare disinfection and filling effect of Vitapex paste with other materials.Results In root canal disinfection group, the effective rate of Vitapex group, Calcium hydroxide paste group and camphor phenol group were 90%,71.25% and 73.75%.The statistical difference existed between the three groups(plt;0.05)and Vitapex was superior to the others by Ridit analysis.
