文化政策视野下淮南豆腐文化发展研究 PAGE 2 lw 文化政策视野下淮南豆腐文化发展研究 学生： 指导老师： 淮南师范学院 政法系 摘 要：政府通过制定文化政策对文化发展的相关行为做出选择性的指导和约束以促进文化发展，是当今许多国家文化发展战略的普遍选择。从国家文化政策的视角，立足文化全球化时代，对淮南豆腐文化发展进行探讨。分析了豆腐文化的历史生成与发展，并从国家文化安全、非物质文化遗产保护、豆腐文化产业发展与豆腐文化传播等层面论证了豆腐文化发展与文化政策结合的必要性。研究认为，豆腐文化作为中华文化的一部分，必须与国家的宏观文化政策衔接，与社会主流文化发展同步，应该在政府的主导下培育具有文化独立品格的豆腐文化特质和与之相适应的文化生态环境。 关键词：豆腐文化；文化政策；文化发展 Study on Development of Huainan Tofu Cultural From the Perspective of Cultural Policy Student: Ji Xuekang Tutor: Cheng Fangyun Department of Politics and Law, Huainan Normal College Abstract: Through the development of cultural policies related behavior of the cultural development of selective guidance and restraint in order to promote cultural development is a popular choice for many of todays national cultural development strategy.
