This is an injection mould for producing “There through connect string box”. In order to inject easier when mould, two product would be made in two cavities one time. It’s technology obstacles are the beside-separate organ and it’s inject system. The design project is divided into two parts. The first part is about the working theory and application of a plastic injection mould, the principle of designing and the introduction of the production about plastic mould. The second part is about the designing and calculation of the mould. It including: the selecting of the injection machine, the structure designing of the plastic mould and the inject system of mould.
