摘要:从业主的角度阐述了在工程项目管理过程中,必须从投资估算的编制、设计概(预)算的审定、施工组织设计与技术措施的审批、施工图预算、施工现场签证及竣工结算等方面实行全过程管理,才能实现对整个工程项目的造价控制。
