企业人力资源战略中的薪酬激励研究 【 】随着人力资源管理理论的不断发展和中同企业体制改革不断深化,企业开始意 识到薪酬激励的重要性,也明白薪酬激励机制对于企业人才稳定性和员工积极性的重耍意 义。本次论文从理论到实例层层深入,通过四个部分逐步进行展开。第一部分简要的描述 论文的选题背景,第二部分对相关理论进行概述。第三部分结合A公司最具代表性的政企 部的薪酬案例。第四部分提出和关问题的解决对策。最后在结论部分,提出了在本次论文 屮未解决和仍需完善的问题。希望通过本次对理论的分析与案例的研究,能够在解决相关 问题的基础上对于A公司其他部门起到借鉴作用。同时也希望对于分析其他企业薪酬激励 机制对人方稳定性和员工积极性影响具冇一定的研允意义。 【关键词】薪酬激励福利可变薪酬员工积极性人才穂定性 Companies pay incentives for personnel stability and the impact of employee motivation - A Case Study [Abstract ] Motivation is the core of management and incentive pay as an incentive in one way but it is also the most important and most effective incentives. With the continuous development of the human resource management theory and system continued to deepen, companies are beginning to realize the importance of incentive pay, and understand the salary incentive mechanism for personnelstability and staff of the importance of. In this paper, A company, for example, and choose A company representative government and enterprises in the Ministry of Research.
