茂名市36岁集体儿童营养不良情况剖析 　　摘 要 目的：探讨茂名市3～6岁集体儿童营养不良的患病情况，为指导幼儿园卫生保健工作提供依据。方法：由儿保科专职护士按统一方法测量儿童体重身高，以世界卫生组织（WHO）0～6岁儿童体重身高为标准值，采用WHO制定的营养不良的诊断标准对2010年茂名市3～6岁集体儿童体格检查资料进行生长发育评价。结果：体重低下4.16%，发育迟缓5.03%，消瘦1.43%，发育迟缓在3～4岁组患病率较高（P＜0.05），体重低下及消瘦患病率在各年龄组之间无显著性差异；男童与女童消瘦之比差异有显著性（P＜0.01），体重低下及发育迟缓不同性别之间没有显著性差异。结论：茂名市集体儿童营养不良患病率较高，应加强托幼机构卫生保健管理，动员全社会参与儿童健康促进活动，以降低儿童营养不良患病率。 　　关键词 集体儿童 营养不良 卫生保健 　　 　　AbstractObjective:Discussion of maoming 3-6 years old collective malnutrition in childrens sick,provide evidence for guiding the kindergartens health care work.Methods:Full-time nurses in child health subjects measured by a unified approach to childrens weight and height,To the World Health Organization （WHO） 0～6 years old childrens weight and height for the standard values,Evaluation of Maoming City in 2010 for children 3-6 years of collective growth and development of physical data by the WHO formulated diagnostic criteria of malnutrition.Results:Weight is low for 4.16%,growth retardation is 5.03%,weight loss is 1.43%,prevalence of retardation is higher in the 3～4 age group（P＜0.05）,the prevalence of low weight and emaciation in other all age groups there are no significant difference;the ratio of boys and girls weight loss was significant difference（P＜0.01）,lower body weight and growth retardation in different gender did not differ significantly.Conclusion:In Maoming city,the collective prevalence of child malnutrition is relatively high,management of health care nurseries should be strengthened,mobilize the whole society to participate in child health promotion activities,in order to reduce the prevalence of malnutrition in children. 　　Key WordsCollective children;malnutrition;Health care 　　儿童营养不良是一个世界性的公共卫生问题，在发展中国家尤为突出，2005年WHO报告表明53%的儿童死亡率与营养不良有关［1］。为了解茂名市3～6岁集体儿童营养不良发生情况，对2010年茂名市3～6岁集体儿童体格检查资料进行整理和分析，现将结果报告如下。 　　 　　资料与方法 　　2010年茂名市3～6岁集体儿童体格检查登记表8109人，男4153人，女3956人。 　　方法：体重身高测量方法：全部受检儿童均由儿童保健科专职护士按国家制定的统一方法测量体重、身高，测量工具符合要求。 　　评价标准［2］：以（WHO）0～6岁儿童体重身高为标准值，采用年龄别体重、年龄别身高、
