莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良疗效及安全性剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的疗效及安全性，并与西沙必利比较其在功能性消化不良治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法 整群选取2014年5月―2015年1月该学校附属医院确诊为功能性消化不良的患者216例分为观察组和对照组，各108例，观察组给予莫沙必利5 mg/次，3次/d，餐前服用，对照组给予西沙必利5 mg/次，3次/d，餐前服用，疗程均为4周，观察并比较两组患者治疗前后症状改善、胃排空改善、不良反应发生情况及QTC间期检查情况。结果观察组中所有症状在治疗2周和治疗4周后均有显著改善（P0.05）；两组均未发现治疗后QTC间期延长超过440 ms。 结论 莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切，安全性高，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 功能性消化不良；莫沙必利；安全性；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R573 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）03（b）-0115-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect and security of mosapride in treatment of functional dyspepsia and compare its curative effect and security with cisapride in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 216 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia diagnosed in the affiliated hospital from May 2014 to January 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 108 cases in each， the observation group were given mosapride （5mg/times， 3times/d， taken before meal）， the control group were given cisapride （5mg/times， 3times/d， taken before meal）， the course of treatment of both groups was 4 weeks， the improvement of symptoms， improvement of gastric emptying， occurrence of adverse reactions and QTC interval examination of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results All symptoms at 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were obviously improved in the observation group （P0.05）；QTC interval prolongation more than 440ms did not occur in both groups after treatment. Conclusion Mosapride in treatment of functional dyspepsia has a definite curative effect and high security， which is worth clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Functional dyspepsia； Mosapride； Security； Curative effect 　　功能性消化不良是指具有早饱、上腹胀、反酸、嗳气、上腹痛、呕吐、恶心、烧心感等不适症状，经检查可排除引起上述症状的器质性疾病的一组临床综合征，症状可持续或反复发作[1]。近年来越来越多的研究结果表明使用胃肠动力药物治疗功能性消化不良效果较好[2-7]。莫沙必利和西沙必利均为胃肠促动力药物，均为5-HT4受体激动剂，作用于胃肠神经末梢的5-HT4受体，促使副交感神经末梢释放神经递质乙酰胆碱，使平滑肌收缩，促进胃排空及肠蠕动。该研究以2014年5月―2015年1月确诊为功能性消化不良216例患者为研究对象，分成两组，分别给予莫沙必利和西沙必利治疗，通过观察治疗前后患者的症状与体征、胃排空改善、不良反应、QTC间
