腹腔镜胆囊手术护理干预措施以及效果剖析 　　【摘要】目的：探讨急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊手术患者的临床护理措施，为胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊手术患者的手术护理提供参考。方法：回顾性总结分析我院在2013年1月至2013年12期间收治的80例胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊手术患者的临床病例资料。结果：两组患者满意度分别为92.5%和42.5%，观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者手术并发症发生率及住院时间均显著低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：加强对胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊手术患者的护理可以使病人在手术期间以及手术前后心理和生理上都保持最佳的状态，从而有效减轻患者的不适感，为顺利手术创造了良好的条件，提高手术治疗效果。 　　【关键词】急性胆囊炎；腹腔镜胆囊手术 护理干预措施 效果分析 　　Laparoscopic gallbladder surgery nursing intervention measures and effect analysis 　　【Abstract】0bjective： To study the clinical nursing measures of patients with acute cholecystitis laparoscopic gallbladder surgery， nursing for patients with cholecystitis laparoscopic gallbladder surgery surgery to provide the reference. Methods： A retrospective analysis in January 2011 to December 2013 were treated 80 cases of cholecystitis laparoscopic gallbladder surgery in patients with clinical data. Results： Two groups of patients satisfaction were 92.5% and 42.5% respectively， the observation group of patients nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group， the difference statistically significant （P 0.05）； Observation group of patients with surgery complications and length of hospital stay were significantly lower than the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）.
