重组人血管内皮抑素联合化疗治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤临床剖析 　　摘要：目的：探讨和研究重组人血管内皮抑素联合化疗治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤临床效果。方法:对我院近年来进行重组人血管内皮抑素（恩度）联合化疗治疗的32例晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析，其中恩度15mg/次加入生理盐水500ml中进行静滴，联合二线化疗者22例，联合三线及其以上化疗者10例。结果：本组32例患者共完成治疗周期66个。获得PR5例，SD17例，PD10例，有效率CR+PR为15.63%（5），疾病控制率（DCR）为68.75%（22）。主要相关不良反应为食欲不振、乏力、轻度心脏毒副反应等，其他不良反应主要与化疗药物相关。结论：重组人血管内皮抑素联合化疗治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤具有较好的治疗效果，而且毒副作用小，安全性较好，值得临床加以推广和应用。 　　关键词：重组人血管内皮抑素；化学治疗；消化道恶性肿瘤 　　Recombinant human endostatin combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced digestive tract m alignant tumors clinical analysis 　　Abstract:Objective:To explore and study of recombinant human endostatin combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced digestive tract m alignant tumors clinical effect.
