转移性肿瘤致脊髓压迫征急诊放疗临床剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究转移性肿瘤致脊髓压迫征急诊放疗的临床疗效。 方法 方便选取自2013年3月― 2015年12月在该院接受治疗的50例转移性肿瘤致脊髓压迫征患者，对患者进行急诊放疗，观察治疗后患者的疼痛程度、运动功能障碍、括约肌功能改善情况。 结果 50例转移性肿瘤致脊髓压迫征患者在进行急诊放疗后，患者的疼痛程度、运动功能障碍、括约肌功能明显改善，疼痛改善有效率为90%，运动功能障碍改善有效率为92%，括约肌功能改善有效率为96%，治疗总有效率为92%。结论 转移性肿瘤致脊髓压迫征急诊放疗效果较好，患者脊髓的压迫症状明显减轻，供血改善，神经症状、体征可有效缓解，提升患者的生活质量。 　　[关键词] 转移性肿瘤；脊髓压迫；急诊放疗；临床观察 　　[中图分类号] R730.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）08（c）-0074-03 　　Metastatic Tumors to the Spinal Cord Compression Emergency Radiation Therapy Clinical Observation 　　LI Jun 　　Hubei Xiaogan Central Hospital Tumor Second Division， Xiaogan ， Hubei Province，432000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the metastatic tumors to the spinal cord compression emergency clinical curative effect of radiotherapy. Methods Convenient secelting 50 cases of metastatic tumors to the spinal cord compression patients from March 2013 to December 2013 in our hospital for treatment， emergency radiation therapy on the patients， observed after treatment in patients with the degree of pain， movement disorders， sphincter function to improve the situation. Results 50 cases of metastatic tumors to levy a prompt after radiotherapy in patients with spinal cord compression， the level of pain， movement dysfunction， in patients with sphincter function improved significantly， the pain to improve the effective rate was 90%， the movement function obstacle to improve the effective rate was 92%， the sphincter function to improve the effective rate was 96%， total effective rate was 92%. Conclusion Metastatic tumors spinal cord compression caused by emergency radiation effect is good， patients with spinal cord compression symptoms significantly reduce， to improve blood supply， can effectively alleviate neurological symptoms and signs， improve the quality of life of patients. 　　[Key words] Metastatic tumors； Spinal cord compression； Emergency radiation； Clinical observation 　　脊髓压迫征多见于肿瘤细胞血行转移到椎体骨髓后生长累及硬膜外，部分是肿瘤细胞血行转移至脊髓或硬膜外或肿瘤从后纵隔后腹膜直接累及椎间孔、压迫脊髓和压迫神经根及根血管[1]
