阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效剖析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效，为临床用药提供参考。方法 将120例社区获得性肺炎随机分为3组，A组应用阿奇霉素治疗，B组应用左氧氟沙星治疗，C组联合应用阿奇霉素及左氧氟沙星治疗，疗程均为7~14 d。观察3组患者临床疗效、病情变化、细菌清除率和不良反应。结果 C组有效率为92.5%，与A组(62.5%)、B(67.5%)差异有统计学意义(P0.05)；A组与B组的临床疗效、病情变化、细菌清除率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗CAP患者，疗效高，病程短，副作用少，是基层医疗机构CAP患者较为适宜的临床用药方案。 　　【关键词】 社区获得性肺炎；阿奇霉素；左氧氟沙星；临床观察 　　 　　The curative effect of Azithromycin combined with Levofloxac in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia 　　 　　ZHANG Sheng-chao. Xixiang People?s Hospital of Bao’an District, Shenzhen 518102, China 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore thecurative effect of Azithromycin combined with Levofloxac in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia(CAP), to provide basis for medication of community acquired pneumonia. Methods 120 CAP patients were divided into three groups randomly. Patients in group A and B were treated with Azithromycin and Levofloxac respectively, and patients in group C were treated with Azithromycin combined with Levofloxac. Curative effect, changes of patient?s condition, clearance rate of bacterial, and adverse reactions were observed. Results The curative effect of group C (92.5%) had better than the patients in group A(62.5%) and group B(67.5%). There were significant differences between the patients in group C and the patients in other two groups, in terms of fade time of fever and rale, recovery time of routine blood test and lung X-ray examination, and clearance rate of bacterial. There were no significant differences inadverse reactions rate among three groups, and there were no significant differences between the patients in group A and patients in group B in curative effect, changes of patients’ condition and clearance rate of bacterial. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with Levofloxac in the treatment of CAP can improve curative effect, cut down the course of disease, and don?t increase adverse reactions.
