Abstract
In order to solve the increasingly serious energy problems and environmental problems, the new energy vehicles research has become our country’s industry development strategy. Electric vehicle cooling system is used to maintain the power drive system of temperature in a reasonable range, to prevent the high temperature caused power drive system to shorten the service life, and even damaged. Based on pure electric car carrier’s control of the cooling system, first of all the research can reflect the vehicle simulation method of coolant temperature changes in different working conditions, and on this basis, on the premise of meet the demand of the cooling system control, aiming at minimum energy of the cooling system, research the cooling system’s control method.
In this paper, first of all, make sure the structure of the cooling system of electric vehicle, on this basis, use AMESim(Advanced Modeling Environment for performing Simulation of engineering systems)software to model the electric vehicles’ system containing cooling system, the modeling is used to validate the control algorithm in various conditions, then match the device parameters of the AMESim model depending on the selection vehicle. In this paper, use the chosen vehicle to match the model, Collecting real vehicle motor temperature under different conditions, compare motor temperature rise curve between real vehicle and AMESim’s cooling system model to verify the accuracy of the model.
