优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 财务与营销相结合的定价策略研究摘要 财务与营销相结合的定价策略研究 摘要 财务与营销相结合的定价策略研究 中文摘要 在营销组合中，价格是能产生收入的因素，其他因素都表现为成本。价格是最容 易调整的营销组合因素，而产品特征、渠道甚至促销的调整都要花费更多的时间。价 格同时是公司产品或品牌意愿的价值体现。定价即价格决策是非常复杂困难的，作为 价格的制定者在定价时必须考虑诸多因素——公司、顾客、竞争者、营销环境等。定 价必须与公司的营销战略、目标市场和品牌定位一致。然而，现实中的企业因为重视 程度和定价的复杂性，常常有意无意的忽视了定价的重要性，而采取一些非常简单的 定价方法来决定产品的价格。这些简单的定价方式将会使企业的利润受到损失，对企 业战略的执行和长远发展都会产生很大阻碍。 本文正是以定价这样一个对企业发展非常重要的话题作为论述的中心。先研究， 收集、整理了定价相关的理论。随后，本文结合营销管理对定价策略的常用分析方法 对目标企业 THI 公司进行了细致的分析。本文论述如何制定一个适合企业发展的定价 策略。作者在分析时，充分考虑了对价格可能产生影响的各项因素，并结合定价的相 关理论对特定企业 THI 公司的定价的不足与问题进行了分析。针对 THI 公司结合财务 与营销提出了相结合定价概念，达到理论联系实际的目的，既很好的解决 THI 公司所 面临的定价方面的问题，同时，也值得类似企业设定价格策略时参考。 关键词：定价；财务；营销 作 者：羊 刘强 指导老师：黄 鹏 教授 I II II PAGE PAGE 11 The Research of Finance and Marketing interactive Pricing Strategy Abstract In the marketing mix, price is the income-producing factors, other factors showed the cost. Price is the most difficult to adjust the marketing mix factors, product characteristics, marketing channels and even the adjustment should take more time. Price is also the companys product or brand will reflect the value.
