l 本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：某某采油厂一线采油员工满意度问题研究 院 （系） 经济管理学院 专 业 人力资源管理 班 级 *******班 姓 名 某 某 学 号 1234567890 指导教师 某某教授 20**年*月 l 某某采油厂一线采油员工满意度问题研究 摘要 员工满意度是员工对所从事工作各个方面满意与否的一种态度和情感。员工满意度的高低直接影响着员工的工作积极性和创造性。我国石油企业为国家的发展做出巨大的贡献，尤其是为石油开采的一线员工的默默付出更是不可忽视的，但是一线员工的满意度很少受到重视，由此形成一些使得一线员工满意度低下的因素，造成对企业生产的影响，关心一线员工的满意度必须受到一定的重视。实践证明，只有满意的员工，才是有生产力的员工，才能保证企业的可持续发展。 本文以某某采油厂的一线采油员工为研究对象，借鉴国内外员工工作满意度研究的相关理论，从企业人际关系、工作本身、工作回报、工作环境与企业文化五个维度来构建员工工作满意度评价指标体系。通过对调查问卷的分析，同时结合访谈得到的回馈信息，得出某某采油厂一线员工满意度低下的原因，最后结合研究的结论和石油企业的实际情况，提出了石油企业员工满意度管理的对策与建议，明确了石油企业对一线员工满意度进行有效的监控和管理的方向和方法。 关键词： 员工满意度 评价指标 解决措施 工作环境 Oil Production Plant under the first-line employee satisfaction studies Abstract Employee Satisfaction is the work of employees engaged in all aspects of an attitude or satisfaction and emotional.
