PAGE 摘 要 伴着市场竞争的加剧和社会的进步，出现了居民购买蔬菜价格偏贵和菜农“菜贱伤农”矛盾的加剧。随着市场经济的发展，物流配送对于蔬菜配送显得越来越重要，物流配送模式的选择对于蔬菜市场的发展起着关键的作用。近年来，越来越多的蔬菜批发市场意识到物流配送的重要性。据调查，我国蔬菜物流成本在总成本中所占的比重达到60%以上。对于大型的蔬菜批发市场的运营，高效的物流配送是其获得规模经济优势、提供优质的产品和提升服务质量以及降低综合成本的关键所在。 论文针对蔬菜物流及蔬菜配送概述展开，分析了国内外的蔬菜配送模式发展水平与现状，指出我国蔬菜配送中存在的问题，重点分析 HYPERLINK \l _Toc232919618 蔬菜配送创新模式及优化策略研究。 论文最后以 HYPERLINK \l _Toc232919624 几个案例为蔬菜配送模式研究的实证研究，具体分析蔬菜配送模式的优化方案得出结论。 关键词：蔬菜；配送模式；优化方案 Abstract Accmpanied by intensified market competition and social progress,there has been serious contradiction between residents to buy vegetable and the sad feeling of farmers for the cheap vegetables .With the development of market economy, logistics and distribution has become increasingly important for vegetable distribution, logistics aind distribution pattern of the selected vegetable for market development plays a very important role. In recent years, there are more and more vegetable wholesale market has been aware of the importance of logistics and distribution. According to the survey,the logistics cost in total of China is more than the proportion of 60%. For vegetable wholesale market, efficient logistics is the key of they get the good of scale , providing quality products and improving service quality and reducing the cost. The paper will begin with the definition of vegetable logistics and vegetable distribution, and then analyze foreign vegetables allocation pattern level of development and the domestic so that we can find the problems of our vegetable allocation of the present situation, . What more ,it will point out the selective analysis vegetables allocation innovation pattern and the optimized strategy research, the last but not the least proposed specific measures. Finally the Young Distribution Center Lingwu case management plan to build a distribution center Empirical Study of vegetables as a case specific analysis of vegetable distribution program concluded that the optimization model.
