ABSTRACT
In the past 20 years, China has been developed into the largest export
country for bathroom products. Chinese enterprises play a critical role in
the supply chain of global bathroom products. However, there are many
problems in Chinese enterprises, which urge international buyers to
employ professional service companies for assistance in supply chain
establishment in China. Moreover, the fast economic development in
emerging markets, especially in South American market, booms bathroom
product related industry. And these emerging markets provide new
opportunities for Chinese enterprises and also service companies who are
specialized in supply chain management.
With this market opportunity, JQ International Consulting and
Trading Co., Ltd. was established and focus on offering service to overseas
buyers for supply chain management in China. Although JQ has got some
achievement during the past 4 years, some problems prevent JQ from
further development, such as low brand awareness, limited customer
resource, and imperfect service procedures and so on. On the other hand,
competition will become fiercer since more players will be in this field due
to development of emerging markets. Therefore, JQ has to adjust its
competition strategy for company’s sustainable development.
This paper makes research on how JQ shall improve and execute its
