China is a country with a large population and the cultural development is lopsided, there are groups of people of lower educational level both in urban and rural arel. especially in the country , so most civil actions between them involving handwriting identification are always the identification of low-level handwriting. Handwriting to write low-level is also a common type of hangdwritings which are error-prone in characteristics judgments and in characteristics analysis. The characteristics of the low level handwriting is complexed and varied, some of them are similar to those handwriting types at the outside features and even on the same performance. So the identification of hangdwriting to write low-level is always difficult and the analysis of the characteristics focus of disagreement. At present, scholars have been aware of the need for low level of writing study, but has not been systematically studied. The study of handwriting to write low-leve always appear in the paper study mainly in other type of handwritings,just to be a comparis on analysis of the characteristics, and not in depth-study. Therefore, I write this paper with 400 copies of low-level handwriting for the study through the handwriting of characteristics and summing up the law in order to sort out low-level writing methods of identification points; At the same time, the analysis of the characteristics of research, as well as writing low-level features and other types of characteristics reflect the characteristics of the comparative study of law, summary the low-level handwriting recognition theory and methodologyand the
