Systems are requested for higher visibility of order allocating, supplier service level，puncture delivery rate, QA, online performance, etc. In order to increase efficiency through integration across supply chain, all of their suppliers and manufacturers have to share the same platform to centralize the supply chain management. Therefore, information system extends from traditional ERP, MRP or finance sealed system to online supply chain management platform. Using project management knowledge to improve the success rate of the software projects is a valuable subject to enhance the competitive power and build a local brand in the market for the local software companies. Supply chain information system is an open platform for managing supply chain information. It covers not only manufacturers but also suppliers and customers. High degree of customization causes low reference to system infrastructure. Using Software engineering, project management and supply chain knowledge, corresponding to the software life cycle and project management phase of the project phasing, the various stages of project management to complete key tasks and software engineering need to complete the main task, and through practical projects and analyzing the results of research to find a scientific and effective project management methodology is the main research content of this article. A supply chain platform project is split into four phases: initialize, design, implementation and closure. The article states the functions and results of each phase.
