锝[99Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐治疗系统性红斑狼疮继发骨量减少及骨质疏松的临床研究 英文摘要 Clinical Research on Secondary Osteopenia and Osteoporosis Correlative to Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Which was Treated with Technetium[99Tc] Methylenediphosphonate Abstract Objective：To observe the influence of Technetium[99Tc] Methylenediphospho- nate(99Tc-MDP) for bone mineral density(BMD) 、25(OH)vitamin D3 and some of bone metabolic markers in patients with secondary osteopenia and osteoporosis correlative to systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).And to explore the efficacy and safety. Methods：Selected thirty patients with secondary osteopenia and osteoporosis through detecting SLE female patients’ BMD of lumbar spine(L1-L4) and bilateral femoral neck.Detected serum calcium 、 serum phosphate 、 25(OH)vitamin D3 、 alkaline phosphatase(ALP) 、 aminoterminal propeptide of type I procollagen(PINP) 、 type I collagen carboxyl terminal peptide(CTX),compared and analysed all the data with twenty healthy women of the same age.All the patients were randomly divided into control group，99Tc-MDP group and combinational group.Each group had ten patients.Control group was treated with oral calcium carbonate D3 tablet 0.6g/day and alfacalcidol capsule 0.25ug/day for six consecutive months.99Tc-MDP group was treated with intravenous 99Tc-MDP 15mg/day for fifteen consecutive days.Combinational group was treated with intravenous 99Tc-MDP 15mg/day for fifteen consecutive days,combined with oral calcium carbonate D3 tablet 0.6g/day and alfacalcidol capsule 0.25ug/day for six consecutive months.Detected all patients’ BMD of lumbar spine(L1-L4) and bilateral femoral neck、 25(OH)vitamin D3、PINP、CTX after six months,compared and analysed the data with the pre-treatment results.At the same time,compared the data among the groups.
