摘 要 本文从总医院的 PEST 环境、行业环境和波特五力模型分析入手，分析了医院 的资源状况和能力状况的内部环境。建立了 VRIO 系统分析模型，分析了当前阜新 矿业集团总医院的发展瓶颈。研究在医疗市场竞争日趋激烈的情况下 ，阜新矿业 集团总医院如何对医疗市场进行深入挖掘， 制定自身的发展战略， 使得资料资 源最优化利用，发挥卫生机构的公益效用，从而使社会福利达到帕累托最优。 通过对总医院现状及主要因素进行分析 ，选取与医院规模存在联系的数据进行 数理分析 ，揭示医院延伸医疗服务进社区的实际意义 。对延伸服务的战略定位、 战略规划及战略实施分析进行了尝试性的初步探讨 ，提出目前需要着重解决的 问题及解决方案。 目前成功进驻社区的大型医疗机构还不是很多， 通过实证的 方法进行具体研究， 进而发现总医院进驻社区后进行连锁化经营， 对医院效益 和社会效益的增长具有很强的促进作用，达到了预期的研究目的。 关键词：医疗企业；社区服务；延伸战略; Abstract In this thesis, based on the PEST environment, industry environment, and Porters five forces model analysis analyzes the status of hospital resources and capabilities of the internal environment conditions. Established VRIO system analysis model, analysis of the current General Hospital of Fuxin Mining Group, the development of a bottleneck. To start to study the increasingly competitive health care market circumstances, the General Hospital of Fuxin Mining Group to conduct in-depth how to tap the health care market to develop its own development strategy, making optimal use of information resources are to play the effectiveness of public health institutions in order to achieve Pareto optimal social welfare.
