顾、现状概况的介绍及目前存在问题的基础上，以城市更新为研究视角，从经济、 资源、社会三个方面出发，对淮北市的城市更新能力进行综合评判，从而指导制 定淮北市今后城市更新工作的策略和重点，促进淮北市这一资源型城市成功实现 可持续发展的转型。 最后，针对淮北市城市更新的指标评价结果，从调整产业结构、改善生态环 境、发挥区位优势三个方面，指出淮北市政府在促进淮北市更新转型的过程中应 该注意的问题及相关建议，并总结研究中的不足及对今后研究的展望。 关键词：城市更新；资源型城市转型；可持续发展 万方数据 The Study on the Transition of Resource-based City from the Perspective of Urban Renewal: Take Huaibei as an Example Abstract As an important type of city in China , resource-based cities have played an important role in the early days of economic development process . But all resource-based cities, after all, cannot be escaped from the fate of resource curse, with continuous resources exploitation, today, these cities are generally facing physical and functional structure recession problem. Urban renewal as an important form of urban development and evolution has become a major issue of concern to all governments. Recently empirical research related to urban renewal has been very extensive, but most research is about the study in architectural form, urban redevelopment and the coordination of relevant interests. Studying the transition of resource-based cities from the perspective of urban renewal , can richer theoretical results of urban renewal. This Paper focuses on urban renewal and transformation of resource-based theory of urban development and practical experience, etc. will be applied to urban renewal perspective transformation of resources cities under study.
