Jiujiang’s chemical enterprises are generally small with regional dispersed distribution and loose cooperation between the enterprises, thus lacking of industrial clusters and complementary advantages. Due to the loss of technical talents, enterprise merger or reorganization and new requirements for technical talents, the pressure has emerged for technical talents demand. To fundamentally solve these problems, Jiujiang’s chemical enterprises must focus on human resource development, increase the intensity of talent introduction and training, and improve enterprise comprehensive soft power, in order to deal with the change of external environment. Based on network, related to this topic of domestic and foreign newspapers and magazines in the library, the paper on the basis of sufficient study, combined with the related theories of human resource management and knowledge, refer to the relevant enterprises in human resources management at home and abroad formed the good practice and successful experience.Human resource team construction in jiujiang part key chemical company is a serious investigation, jiujiang chemical industry is summarized in the human resource team construction in the following six aspects: 1.
