论项目外包的风睑与奖励机制 ［ ］随着经济社会的发展和多种经营模式的不断出现，项口外包业务成为许多大公司 大企业为自身更高效的发展的热衷选择。项口外包的项口管理方式的出现为企业带来了工作 效率的提高、项目成本的节约、项目周期的缩短等方面的优势，从而为企业更快速的发展与 更高效益的获得提供更多的机会，同时在社会层而上也为社会制造了更多的相关企业、提供 更多的就业机会、创造了更多的社会价值，这些都是项A外包存在的必耍性和重耍性的体现。 但是，在项目外包业务充分发挥作用的今天，关于项0外包过程中存在的风险闷题也円 益显现，从项口外包商的选定到整个项口的实施甚至最后的项口交付后的评估等环节都存在 着风险，直接影响着项目外乜业务的效果与收益。本文一方面针对风险问题进行分析，指出 在整个项目外包过程屮可能存在的风险及原因，另一方而针对相应的风险，分析出针对性的 奖励机制，以达到降低甚至消除风险的目的。木文力图通过风险分析与奖励机制的建立的研 究，帮助项目外包更好的发挥作用，使其优越性更好展现以服务于企业的发展。 ［关键词］项0外包 风险分析 奖励机制 On outsourcing risks and incentives [Abstract] With the economic and social development and a variety of business models emerging， project outsourcing business for many large companies for their own enthusiasm for the development of more efficient choice.
