长城微型汽车设计《车架与后悬架设计》 汽车的主要部分冇车架，悬架等，整车的性能好不好和车架和悬 架的好坏关系很大，尤其是对于乘车舒适性要求高的轿车更是如此。 为了使汽车乘客具有良好的乘坐舒适性还冇货物运载的安全性， 必须保证汽车有良好的平顺性，良好的平顺性的汽车使用起来不仅仅 省油，而II乘坐的感觉非常好，同吋对于汽车的保养也是非常有利的， 汽车的机器和零部件会更加耐用，从而也就间接的保证了乘客的安 全。所以，一辆好的汽车对于悬架的要求是非常高的。 车架承受着整个车身的重量以及载荷，因此对于车架的设计影响 着整辆车的承载能力。另外车架的尺寸也影响着汽车的转向能力，车 架就像人体的骨骼，是汽车存在的不可或缺的一部分，当然，随着汽 车技术的发展，如今的承载式车身在功能上已经部分替代了传统的车 架，但是，传统车架基于其具有足够的强度和刚度，同时有很好的使 用寿命，依旧被大量使用。轿车设计中悬架多采用焊接方式，本次设 计也采用了焊接连接的方法。 悬架简单的说就是承受缓冲外来力的弹性部件，悬架的好坏事关 整辆车的舒适性和平顺性。如今悬架已经向智能化发展，本次设计采 用扭转梁式非独立悬架。 本次设计后悬架弹性元件为对称式螺旋弹簧，减振器为液力简双 向作用式减振器；车架采用边梁式车架，结合设计要求和实际需要， 本次设计采用焊接的方式进行车架纵横梁之间的连接。 关键字：微型汽车，后悬架，周边式车架，平顺性，稳定性 The Great Wall Design Of Micro And Subcompact Cars (Frame And Rear Suspension Design) ABSTRACT The main part of the automobile chassis, suspension，etc” the vehicle’s performance is good and the stand or fall of the chassis and suspension relationship is very big，especially for the high ride comfort requirements of cars.
