The first part (chapter 1) describes the research-related theoretical and practical background, research topics, a preliminary description of research purposes, research significance, research contents. The second part ( including chapter 23) firstly summarizes previous studies, including the definition and characteristic of new generations of migrant workers, the definition, measurement method, influence factors of job-related well-being and the literature of well-being of new generations of migrant workers. Then on the basis of the analysis of previous literature and based on the theory of person-organization fit, proposes the hypotheses of this study, and finally builds the theoretical model. The third part (including chapter 45) introduces the research design and data processing. Firstly, shows the measurement of relevant variables, the design of the questionnaire and a brief overview of the statistical methods used in this study. Then, analyzes the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and finally tests the underlying assumptions by multiple regression analysis. The last part (chapter 6), summarizes the conclusions of the study, presents the findings of practice enlightenment, the lack of research and the outlook of the follow-up study.
