对南通市港航 EDI 运作过程中存在的问题进行简要分析，并提出解决思 路。 （2）进行南通市港航 EDI 应用效益影响因素的分析。对 EDI 应用效 益进行理论分析，并建立了一般性概念模型；结合实际情况，通过数据 的统计，归纳出港航 EDI 一般应用效益和对港航 EDI 应用影响因素。 （3）进行南通市港航 EDI 综合经济效益分析。采用定量计算和定性 分析、货币效益和非货币效益、经济效益和社会效益等相结合的方法， 对 EDI 系统进行可量化和不可量化的经济效益分析。 （4）在研究基础上提出对南通市港航 EDI 未来发展建立南通 数字港。从建设数字化港口的必要性、紧迫性入手，提出以 EDI 为核心 内容的“数字南通港”的构想。 （5）对南通港航如何由“信息化带动工业化”研究工作进行归纳 总结，提出今后发展的重点方向。 论文的研究不仅对当前南通市的港口航运的建设有指导意义，同对 也对南通市长远的社会经济战略规划产生深远影响。 关健字：EDI，经济效益，港口航运建设，数字化港口 Ⅱ THE ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF EDI FOR NAN-TONG HARBOUR SHIPPING OPERATION Abstract As rapid step of global economy development, “informatonalization” becomes an important tendency of development in harbour shipping operation, since it is the urgent needs for rising harbour competitiveness under global economy. Besides, it is the only choice for rectifying traditional harbour operation for its upgrading towards optimum state of productivity. Following to the fast development of information technology as well as the network techniques, it is possible to share the data and information through Internet by pre-defined protocol and specification, this is the basic concept of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). It is recognized that harbour shipping was one of earliest areas which applied EDI technology, and it is obvious that EDI construction in harbour shipping operation is an urgent task needed for sharing global information and participating international shipping market competition for China. Based on massive data collection from different harbour operation agencies: stoverge operation unit, cargo shipping logistic agency, custom office etc.; detailed analyses are carried out for the purpose of clarifying the efficiency and influence factors of applying EDI in Nan Tong harbour shipping operation.
