For this reason ，Beidou Global Satellite Navigation System is being built in China. Hi gh-d ynamic and high-sensitivity technology plays a crucial role for the receiver to work in complicated environrnen t. Therefore ，the research ofthe high-dynam ic and high-sensitivity receiver has an active role for establishment and development ofthe Satellite Navigation System in China. This article studies the GPS system works and the composition of the GPS signal ，and as a theoretical basis ，focusing on the C / A code acquisition algorithm ，The main work is as follows: Describes the basic principle ofthe GPS signal acquisition and significance ，analyses theinfluence of the Doppler 仕equency shit produced in different environrnent. Describes the specific process of slide acquisition algorithm and the FFT-based algorithm ，and comp缸es merits and drawbacks of the two algorithms. Since the former acquisition algorithm have a low speed ，time-consuming ，so much for static circumstance ，and the FFT七ased algorithm just the opposite，this thesis uses the second acquisition algorithn1. Design a block diagram of the overall design of the baseband signal processing FPGA ， according to the block diagram ofthe overall design ofthe baseband signal processing FPGA given FFT-based acquisition algorithm process ，in the Quartus II development environrnent using verilog HDL hardware description language to complete the signal acquisition module in FPGA implementation，finally，using GPS signal that collected by hardware development
