优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 新疆医科大学硕士学位论文CT 新疆医科大学硕士学位论文 CT冠脉钙化积分与99Tcm-MIBI静息门控心 肌灌注显像半定量分析结果的相关性分析 研究生：巴雅 导师：刘文亚教授 秦永德 摘 要 目的：比较64排螺旋CT冠状动脉血管钙化积分与99Tern—MIBI静息门控心肌 灌注显像患者定量分析结果的相关性分析。方法：回顾性分析66例接受99Tern—MIBI 静息门控心肌灌注显像及64排螺旋CT冠脉CTA检查的住院患者，对纳入对象进行 CT冠脉钙化积分与静息门控心肌灌注左心室灌注积分及QGS定量分析结果进行相 关性对比分析。结果：l总体比较，冠脉钙化积分与静息门控心肌灌注显像左心室 心肌灌注积分无统计学差异(P0．05)，按钙化积分分组比较，冠脉钙化积分0．9分 组与400分组之间左心室静息心肌灌注总积分有统计学差异(PO．05)。2总体比较， 冠脉钙化积分与静息门控心肌灌注显像左心室高峰充盈率有统计学差异，呈负相关 关系，(P0．05，r=．0．28)。按钙化积分分组比较，冠脉钙化积分10．400分组与400 分组之间静息左心室射血分数有统计学差异(P0．05)。3冠脉钙化积分与左心室QGS 分析左心室EDV、左心室ESV、左心室室壁收缩增厚率、左心室室壁运动异常等指 标无明显相关性。结论：CT冠脉钙化积分与静息门控心肌灌注显像，分别从不同角 度提供了冠状动脉病变的解剖信息和相应心肌血流供应的功能信息，其相关性分析提 示二者之间既有相互关联，也有内在差异性，临床应用时应注重两种方法的互补性。 关键词：冠状动脉疾病：冠状动脉钙化积分；体层摄影术，发射型计算机；体层摄 影术，X线计算机 新疆医科大学硕士学位论文Correlated 新疆医科大学硕士学位论文 Correlated study of Coronary artery Calcification Scort and rest gated myocardial perfusion SPECT Postgraduate：Ba Ya Professor：Prof．Liu Wenya Prof．Qing Yongde Abstract Objective：To evalmate the correlation between the Coronary artery Calci【fication score with 64．slice spiral computed tomography(CT)and 99TcmMIBI Myocardial perfusion imaging(MPI)．Methods：66 patients were analyzed retrospectively．All patients underwent MSCT as well as付-MIBI in rest myocardial perfusion images assessing myocardial ischemia,function and wall motion．Imaging results were compared with Myocardial perfusion imaging and Coronary artery Calcification score with CT．Results：1．An overall comparison，coronary calcification score and the resting left ventricular gated myocardial perfusion imaging myocardial peffusion integral Was 110 significant difference(P0．05)， Grouped according to calcium score compared wim group with coronary artery calcification score O-9400 block of resting left ventricular myocardial perfusion between the total score were significantly different(PO．05)．2．Overall comparison,coronary calcification score and resting gated myocardial perfusion imaging rate of left ventricular peak flling were significantly different，neg
