Tao Xingzhi renamed ，zZhixing/z as Z/Xingzhiz，, which closely related to his rethinking on Wang Yangming’ s view learning by doing”. Believing in that ’’doing is the beginning of learning,and learning is the consummation of doing, he came up with the unity of teaching, learning and actionwhich reflected his critical inheritance of Wang’s theory. However, based on Wang’s educational thoughts ’’setting up the ambition of becoming a saint and exercising oneself by experiencing things Tao Xingzhi creatively put forward his educational thought that life is education, which became the most influential thought in China’s modem education history.
