基于P2P网络媒体直播系统的研究与实现 Abstract Although Internet Service Providers have established Intemet and broad band network．but what embarrasses them is there is few ways to earn profits from these infrastructures The situation is：telecom with 50％resource achieved 95％profits but Intemet with 50％resource only achieved 5％profits There is a common standpoint that the growth of telecom market focuses in mobile telecom and broad band network．IPI V maybe can change this situation IPTV is also called network TV which take advantage of broad band to provide users video services via PC or STBSet-TopBox．But the traditional lPTv have disadvantages of large scale，high investment．complicated technology and one whole network． The development of Peer to Peer network provides us a feasible mode to share our resource．We put forward media stream broad cast system based on Peer-to—Peer(P2P) networkotream on P2P(SoP)．The strength of SoP is it，without the disadvantages of traditional IPTV takes full advantage of existing network resources to provide users with smooth lPTv services．As for service provider,no additionaI netwo一(devices are needed to setup the IPTv system．Further more．no special devices are required for the media server,even common PC can work as a large scale video broad cast server． This artide thoroughly discusses the network architecture of SoP system， management strategy of channel resources and peers．division strategy of media stream． buffer map and exchange．automatic schedule arithmetic．And we analyze the practicability of SoP system in theory．The advantages of SoP system are；first，take the full advantages of existing network．no additional investments are required for the system； second．the requirement of media server is reduced minimally to even a PC can be a media server；third，SoP can suit any network condition because of the wonderful design of SoP system． Key Words：Stream Media．IPTV，P2P Network，Stream Division Chinese Library Classification：TP393 复旦大学硕士学位论文  基于P2P网络媒体直播系
