YbBaWO , 4 4 . . : ; YbBaWO ; ; ; 4 : O7 2. 5 : A 3+ Yb - doped BaWO crystal and spectrum property 4 LIN Xin- song, CHEN Jian- zhong, ZHUANG Nai- feng, ZHAO Bin, CHEN Jing- ling ( College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Fuzhou University, Fuzhou, Fujian 350002, China) Abstract: The polycrystalline of YbBaWO had been synthesized by the way of liquid- phase reaction, 4 and then the colorless and uncracked YbBaWO crystal was grown using Czochralski method. The segre 4 gation coefficient of Yb elements in BaWO crystal, the lattice parameters, transmission spectra and ab 4 sorption spectra of YbBaWO was measured, wereby the spectra coefficient was calculated. The results 4 indicated that BaWO4 could be one of the new sorts of the laser host materials.
