Abstract With the rapid development of the domest ic industria l economy, coal resources in pla y an increasingly important role in moder nization of China. In the process of coal product ion, product ion pla nning is essentia l for the development of the coal enterprises in the development of product ion pla ns, the need to consider various issues, this paper on the product ion pla n from the employee satisfaction level and product ion pla ns to complete two considera tions. Both will be considered from a business development pla n targets to ma ximize product ion and stimula te the enthusiasm of employee product ivity, increase product ion, but also take into account if the product ion targets set too high, employees will not only increase the labor intensity, but also to target difficult to complete, so but will crack down on employee mot ivation. Standard-setting product ion targets on how to determine the coal enterprise efficiency and employee satisfaction has a great influence. This study focuses on the use of multi-objective fuzzy decision funct ion to establish a rationa l and effective decision- making model, that is, not for specific models or employee satisfaction model for coal product ion, but will work to establish a more consistent focus on the actual situation of enterprises, can makers will better reflect the decision- making model. We argue that the product ion of coal enterprises to develop a reasonable pla n targets as a starting point for reference, the use of employee satisfaction theory, fuzzy mathematics, the theor y of multi-object ive fuzzy decision making, in close connect ion with business reality, the factors affecting employee satisfaction based on the analysis , the establishment of employee satisfaction models, and on this basis to establish the use of multi-object ive decision making model for optima l product ion targets.
