摘要数据预测是指在分析现有数据的基础上估计或推测未来的数据 摘要 数据预测是指在分析现有数据的基础上估计或推测未来的数据 的过程。随着Intemet矛1]数据库技术的迅速发展，数据预测方法及其应 用研究已经越来越为人们所重视。目前，常用的预测方法可粗略分为 统计学方法、决策树方法和神经网络方法三类。由于神经网络能够对 大量复杂的非线性数据进行分析，可以完成极为复杂的趋势分析，特 别适用于构造数据预测模型，使得基于神经网络的预测方法具有比其 他预测方法更多的优点。 本文以提高基于神经网络的预测方法的效率为目的，主要讨论了 基于BP和I氇F神经网络的预测方法及其在农作物虫害预测中的应用， 提出了一种基于RBF．BP组合神经网络的新预测方法。本文首先简单 介绍了神经网络理论和预测理论，然后，在对BP和I也F神经网络原理、 结构和算法及现有改进方案进行分析研究的基础上，给出了基于单一 BP和RBF神经网络的预测方法及其Matlab实现步骤，运用Matlab的神 经网络工具箱建立了基于BP和I氇F神经网络预测模型，并通过农作物 虫害预测实验证明了基于BP和RBF神经网络的预测方法的可行性和 应用价值。在对I氇F和BP神经网络的结构特点进行比较分析的基础 上，给出了基于RBF．BP组合神经网络的新预测方法的基本思想、 RBF．BP组合神经网络结构、算法描述及其Matlab实现步骤。这种新 方法将RBF神经网络和BP神经网络有效地结合在一起，既具有BP网 络较好的泛化性能，又具备RBF网络较快的逼近速度。最后，根据农 作物虫害预测实验对基于BP}00经网络、I也F神经网络和RBF．BP组合 神经网络的三种预测模型的预测效果进行了比较分析，结果显示基于 RBF．BP组合神经网络的预测模型的预测精度最高，这表明基于 RBF．BP组合神经网络的新预测方法不但能够克服基于单一BP神经网 络和单--RBF}90经网络的预测方法的缺点，而且能够对农作物虫害预 测起到一定的指导作用，具有良好的应用前景。 关键词 神经网络，预测，Matlab，虫害 AB AB STRACT Data forecasting is a process of estimating or guessing the future data based on analyzing existing data．Following the rapid development of Internet and database technology,people pay more and more attention on the studies on data forecasting methods and application．At present， data forecasting methods are roughly divided into three types：Statistics methods．Decision．Tree methods and Artificial Neutral Network(ANN) methods．ANN can analyze a great deal of complicated non．1inear data， and can complete the extremely complicated trend analysis，which makes ANN be specially applicable to develop data forecasting model． Therefore．ANN methods provide more strongpoint than other methods． In this paper,taking improving the efficiency of forecasting methods based on ANN as a goal，two forecasting methods，one based on BP AⅫ、『， the other based on I也F ANN，and applying them to forecast crop pest， are discussed．At the same time，a new forecasting method based on I迅F．BP network which combining ImF network with BP network is put forward．Firstly,ANN theory,forecasting theory and crop pest forecasting theory are brie
