Researches of City Renewal in view of Urban Acupuncture A Thesis Submitted to Chongqing University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirement for the Degree of Master of Urban Planning and Design By Weifeng Ruizhi Supervised by Prof.Wen Hu Major：Urban planning and Design College of Architecture and Urban Planning of Chongqing University，Chongqing，China May 2011 中文摘要 中文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I PAGE PAGE IV 摘 要 本文是针对我国改革开放 30 年以来城市化快速发展，尤其是新城建设的快速 发展出现的城市盲目扩张而导致的资源、能源浪费等危机以及对旧城更新的重新 认识和反思过后尝试的一种特色的旧城更新的探索。 本文的主要思路是将旧城更新与“城市针灸”联系起来进行互动关系研究，分别 从哲学思想的秉承、实践技法的应用、行动计划的保障等三个方面建立两者的关 联。 其次基于两者的关联研究建构了一套以“城市针灸”为导向的旧城更新的设计 方法。 最后，结合宜宾旧城区滨江带更新规划设计项目对“城市针灸”在旧城更新中的 应用进行了实践的探索。 论文的主要研究内容包括以下六个部分： 第一章为绪论，主要说明论文的研究背景、研究方法与目的和意义。 第二章本文从历史脉络、发展趋势以及价值观博弈等方面对中西方旧城更新 的发展作了总结。 第三章对“城市针灸”从提出至今的发展研究进行了梳理和总结。 第四章通过关联研究建立“城市针灸”与旧城更新互动关系。 第五章构建了以“城市针灸”为导向的旧城更新规划设计方法。包括辨“症”、梳 理以及填充三个层面。 第六章应用“城市针灸”的旧城更新设计方法，通过宜宾旧城区滨江带更新规划 设计进行具体的实践操作，从而完成了文章从理论、设计方法到实践的转换。 第七章是全文结语，是对总体立论的总结。 关键词：“城市针灸”，旧城更新，关联研究，方法构建 英文摘要 英文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT This article is an exploration of Urban Renewal for the rapid urbanization, especially the rapid development of new town construction as a result of blind expansion of resources, energy and waste crisis problems in the past 30 years. The main idea of this paper is to link between Urban Renewal and urban acupuncture from adhering to the philosophy, practice application techniques, and the protection action plan built in three areas. And, a set of urban acupuncture Renovation of Old-oriented design methods is to be constructed in the basis of relationship between Urban Renewal and urban acupuncture. Finally, this paper combines with the old city of Yibin city update planning and design projects with the urban acupuncture in the Old City in the exploration of the application of the practice.
