PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 15 本 科 生 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 浅析工程项目管理信息化建设 学 生 姓 名： 崔健 学 号： 32010073107 学 院（系）： 信息学院 专业（方向）： 工程管理 指 导 教 师： 邱月 2014年5月 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 20 中 文 摘 要 我们都知道，现如今自己生活在一个信息化的大时代中，各种信息技术也得到了极大地发展，现代计算机技术、网络技术、通信技术与应用多媒体技术已经在各个领域得到了广泛应用。与此同时随着改革开放持续高速的进展，中国市场经济体制建设也不断深入，乃至整个世界经济都在由工业化转向信息化，因此我们也被推到了信息化改革的风口浪尖上。而施工企业要想获得生存和发展、提高工程管理水平和加快工程建设进度，实现信息化管理是必然趋势。 从当下来看，仍然处于工程项目管理信息化建设初步阶段的我们，信息基础设施也相对薄弱。但政府已经采取了一系列强化举措，同时伴随着越来越多的企业对信息化工程建设的重视和加大投入，我国的工程项目管理信息化建设的前景是乐观的。 关键词：工程管理、信息化、建设、浅析 Abstract We all know that nowadays they live in an era of information technology, and information technology has been greatly developed. Modern computer technology, network technology, communication technology and application of multimedia technology has been widely applied in various fields. At the same time as the continued rapid progress in reform and opening up, economic system has deeply shaped this mode, even the world economy are shifting from industrialized information, so we are pushed to the cusp of information technology reform. It is an inevitable trend that construction enterprises need to improve project management and speed up the construction progress, in order to survive and develop. From the current point of view, we are still in the preliminary stages of developing the project management in the aspects of information technology , and also our information infrastructure is relatively weak. But the government has taken a series of initiatives to strengthen, after which accompanied by more and more enterprises lay emphasis on informatization construction and investment. Indeed, the prospects of Chinas project management combined with information technology is optimistic.
