摘要 目前我国食品安全形势十分严峻，重大食品安全事故时有发生，对公众健康、社会稳定和经济发展造成严重影响。本文从对我国食品安全监管的现状、问题及其成因进行剖析，借鉴国外先进经验，对完善我国食品安全监管机制提出了相应建议。 本文即试图从食品安全监管的制度入手，通过剖析其现状、发现其问题，在借鉴国外成功经验的基础上提出相应的对策建议，为我国的食品安全保障略尽绵薄之力。 我国食品安全监管制度的主要问题在于食品安全法律体系不完备，预警能力不强，职责不清，监管机制不完善等方面。由此，要完善我国的食品安全监管制度，首先要遵循法治原则、效率原则和公开原则。具体来说，应构建完整的食品安全标准法规体系、健全食品安全信息预警通报系统、完善监管机制，加强社会监督、增进食品安全国际合作，确保食品安全、保障百姓生命健康。 关键词：食品安全；监管制度；基本原则  ABSTRACT Currently the food safety situation in China is very grim; the serious food safety aeeidents happened and have affeeted the Public health，soeial stability and eeonomic development heavily. By analyzing the status quo of the food safety suPervision mechanism in China， its Problems and eauses， and leaming from the advanecd foreign experienees，the essay puts forwards suggestions on imProving food safety suPervision meehanism. This article attempts to start from the food safety regulatory system, analyze the current situation, and found problems, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of foreign successful experience of contributing to Chinas food security slightly. Chinas food safety regulatory system, the main problem is that food safety legal system is incomplete, the warning is not strong, is unclear, the regulatory mechanisms are inadequate and so on. As a result, to improve our food safety regulatory system, we must first follow the rule of law, the principle of efficiency and openness. Specifically, you should build a complete food safety standards and regulations, improve information on food safety warning notification system, improve the regulatory mechanism, strengthen social supervision, international cooperation for the promotion of food safety, ensure food safety, the protection of peoples lives and health.
