“先学后教,导研全程”教学模式阐释与英语教学实施效果 周 胜 付继华1 (佛山科学技术学院 外语系 528000) 摘 要:“先学”是指教师在课前研学的基础上提出指导建议,据此学生先以个人后以小 组为单位完成课前学习;“后教”实为负责组学生在“先学”的基础上完成课堂讲授,然后 教师根据学生的问题、疑惑和学习重点等补充完善,之后进行较高层次的指导和深层次的研 究,再后指导学生完成课后研学,因此 “导”“研”发生在课前、课堂和课后各环节,且学 习、讲授、指导和研究均为师生共同之行为,以逐步培养终身学习的能力。从学习过程观察 和调查得知,学习者积极参与改革,满意于学习模式和自己的学习结果。 关键词:先学后教;指导;研究;能力;互动 An Interpretation of the Teaching Model “Teaching after Learning, Guiding and Studying in the Whole Learning Process” and its Practice Effects in English Teaching ZHOU Sheng FU Jihua (Foreign Languages Department, Foshan University, Foshan Guangdong 528000) Abstract: Learning first refers to teacher’s learning and studying and guiding, and then students’ learning by individuals and groups based on teacher’s suggestions; teaching is first done by students responsible and then by teachers based on students’ problems, perplexities and learning focuses, followed by higher level guiding and in-depth studying in class, and then guiding students to finish after-class extended activities and exercises. Thus guiding and studying happen before, in and after class, and, learning, teaching, guiding and studying are conducted by both teachers and students in order to help students gradually cultivate the lifelong learning capability. Class observation and the survey testify that learners have an active participation and are satisfied with the learning model and their learning.
