摘要中文摘要 摘要 中文摘要 近年来我国的城市照明建设迅速发展，这对完善城市功能，改善城市环境，提 高人民生活水平都发挥了秋极作用。然而，随着我国城市照明的发展，越来越多的 问题也暴露出来，如城巾．照明建设遍地开花，处于失控状态；城市照明的特色危机； 重建设轻维护的情况等。总结了一下原因，很多都是由．丁．缺乏城市照明的科学规划 所导致的，在建设部2003年9月24一～25开在深圳召开的“全幽城乡规划标准规 范工作会议”上，城市照明规划被提到了城市规划专项规划的高度。 本文通过参考城市规划的办法及其政策法规，对城市照明规划各纵向阶段进行 了划分，明确了照明规划的每个阶段的任务及与城市规划和各分项规划的关系；_、 在通过研究城市规划及城市设计相关理论的基础上，结合城市照明自身的特色，挖 掘城市照明规划同城市规划的共性和个性；三、通过查阅国内外的照明规划实例， 并结合作者参与的实际工程项目，分析目前城市照明规划原则、特色资源的挖掘、 总体构架的确定、及总体定位等规划内容，解释城市照明规划的本质问题；四、强 调了城市照明规划中管理的作用，结合实际规划项目中发现的一些问题，通过实地 调研和参考国内外一些城市优秀管理方式，提出城市照明管理工作1l，的意见和建议， 并对城市照明工程中的资金来源、融资渠道、电费及其维护费，fj、投资效益等一一 作了分析。 关键词：城市照明城市照明规划城市特色城市照明管理 摘 摘 要 ABSTRACT During the past few years the urban lighting construction in China has been developing greatly,which has exerted positive influence perfecting urban functions， ameliorating urban environment and improving people’S standard of living．However， with its development，more and more problems emerge，such the flourish of urban lighting construction that is out of control，the crisis of lack in characteristics of urban lighting，the situation of emphasizing construction and ignoring maintenance and SO on． Most of these problems could be attributed to the absence of a scientific urban lighting plan，and in September 2003，the national construction department improved urban lighting plan to the position of a special plan of urban plan． This paper firstly plots the phases and layers of urban lighting plan and defines specific task of each phase and relationships between them and urban plan as well as each of its subordinate plan by reference on methods，laws and policies of urban plan． Secondly,on the basis of research about the theory of urban planning and urban design， combined with the features of urban lighting plan，the commonness and individuality between urban lighting plan and urban planning is explored．Thirdly,by referring to lighting plan practices home and abroad and practical projects which author participated in、this paper analyzes the contents of urban lighting p
