Methods Obstetrie nursing-sensi tive qual i ty indicators as wel1 as calculation formulas and data collection methods were identified through literature review. The indicators were discussed and adjusted using modified Delphi technique. Results Sixteen obstetric nursing-sensitive quality indicators such as perce nt age of accompa ny delivery, percentage of vaginal delivery heaIthy infants were identified. The positive coefficients in the two rounds of expert consultation were 87. 8% and 97. 9%, and the authoritative coefficients were 0. 88 and 0. 90. The coefficients of variation ranged from 0. 06 to 0.22. Conclusion The obstetric nursing-sensitive quality indicators based on modified Delphi technique are scientific and practical, which can be applied to cl inical utilization.
