优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 随着企业信息化的不断深入，日常的ERP系统已无法满足企业对于每一个 生产环节或业务过程的管理需求。本文以制造业信息化建设为背景，分析了制 造型企业在信息化历程中所面临的一系列问题，提出了以无线网络及条形码技 术为基础，整合企业现有信息资源的无线条码管理系统解决方案。 本文研究了各类无线网络和条形码技术，分析各自的优缺点，提出无线网 络与条码选型的依据以及管理实施策略。无线条码管理系统主要由制造执行子 系统(MES)、仓库管理子系统(wMs)、以及数据同步和系统集成等模块组成。系 统选用．NET作为软件开发平台，开发环境分为Pc端与条码采集终端(手持)两部 分，其中后者为智能移动设备，使用．NET精简版框架实现嵌入式开发。系统采 用SQL SERVER系列数据库平台，根据实现目标及功能需求设计数据库结构，利 用SQL SERvER的复制机制实现分布式数据库，并结合实际经验提出条码数据库 的管理及优化策略。 本系统设计来源于双钱集团股份有限公司2006年度的条形码课题，系统上 线后得到全公司的一致好评，成为中国轮胎行业首个无线条码管理成功案例。 关键词：无线条码；ERP；系统集成；制造业 AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT With the rapid development of enterprise informationization，the usual system， ERP is not able to meet the managing requirements for each producting node and business process．On the background of manufacturing informationization，this paper analyzes a series of problems that enterprises face with，and puts forward the solution of wireless bar code management system，which is based on WI．AN and bar code technology and integrates with the information resources of enterprises． The author has studied kinds of WLAN and bar code technologies，analyzing their merits and shortcomings，and puts forward the principles and strategies of management and implement．Wireless bar code management system is mainly composed of Manufacturing Excution sub—System(MES)，Warehouse Management sub-System(WMS)，and Data Synchronization and Integration Module．The system is developed in．NET platform，and has two developping environments：PC and RF terminal．RF termini is a kind of intelligence equipment，like PDA,in which software iS coded with the．NET Compact Framework．SOL Server series are chosen as database platform，and the database archtechture is based on the targets and the functional requirements．The replication mechanism of SOL Server is applied to realize the distributed database system．Advice about the management and optimization of database is given since the author has experience during his daily job． The design in this paper comes from the w
