ABSTRACTElectrical ABSTRACT Electrical impedance tomography(EIT)is a novel ima西ng technology that has broad prospects for development．It place measure electrodes on the surface of the object to be tested，extraction current or voltage electrical information．Then the electric information is sent to the computer，get the real-time object profile image through the reconstruction algorithm．Compared to the past medical imaging techniques，such as X—ray computerized tomography(CT)or magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)，it has a good portability， repeatability and real-time performance． Field subdivision is the necessary process of EIT solution．In order to study its impact on solving efficiency and calculationing precision on EIT problem，in this paper，using the finite element simulmion software COMSOL Multiphysies，subdivide the field in different levels of density；using the mathematical software MATLAB，reconstruct the image through the conjugate gradient reconstruction algorithm．Simulation results based on a variety of evaluation index，in the form of graphical and digital，evaluation how the field subdivision impact on the quality of solving．Results show that with the increase of degree of subdivided in field，will not necessarily improve the quality of EIT problem solving，and even to cause a decline in the quality of problem． In the meantime，focused on solving the inverse-problem of electrical tomography，a MATLAB mathematic model of regularization parameter and evaluation parameter WaS constructed by the least square fit method．The values of regularization parameter Call be obtained by taking the extreme．COMSOL Multiphysics was adopted to construct the simulation field，and MATLAB was used to solve the inverse-problem and reconstruct the image．The result indicates that the method and regularization parameters Can improve the ill-pose of the inverse—problem effectively and make the solution to the inverse problem optimal． Key words：EIT,reconstruction algorithm，field subdivision，regu
